I run the gaming rooms, game demos, and/or tournaments at up to 14 fan-based conventions a year. Are you a Werewolf? and Fluxx are standard fare at all of them. I was part of the kickstarter for the viewer version of Werewolf. I had also played Chrononauts. I was running a game room at a Dr. Who convention when Kristin & Andy surprised me and used my gamers to playtest a prototype Fluxx or three. I fell in love with them even more having met them in person and cannot wait to promote more of their games now that I know Loonacy and Pink Pyramids, Are You the Traitor and Choose One! New to me: Treehouse and Just Desserts.
I am an old woman, with a young heart, surviving cancer one operation at a time. I live in a National forest, alone, as my 18 year old cat just passed away. I read voraciously. I belong to an 80 year old science fiction fantasy club, I attend conventions nearly every month of the year. I mostly run the game rooms. I have been a game demonstrator for two other companies which may make me either a collaborator, or a spy. My current project is to start a game convention different from our prevelant ones in the LA are in that instead of being focused on tournaments, qualifiers and competition, it is a chance for everyone to come and learn new games and how to play, in a safe, non-threatening environment.
Fluxx, Looney Pyramids, Time Travel Games, Aquarius, Are You a Werewolf?, Are You The Traitor?

Lake Arrowhead Library Internatioal Tabletop Gaming Day

Choose One, Loonacy and Fluxx were a big hit at our first ever table top day at San Bernardino County Library Lake Arrowhead Branch, in Blue Jay, California. We had at least three Choose One Ganes, and three Loonacy with one demo and one full Fluxx game. This is a small branch and despite many other things happening, we had a total of 12 peple (6 kids and 6 adults) participating. It was fun, and we will certainly do it again next year! Neither of the two local FLGS (Mr. G's for Toys nor…

Hanadoki Con March20-22, 2015 San Diego, CA

Hanadoki was a brand new anime convention in San Diego. Expecting about 500 people, the attendance actually broke 1200! And despite our tabletop schedule not being printed in the program guide, it was available on signs at site and on the website, so we had people for the games. I am putting up the photos online here and on facebook. Alyssa Ngyuyen  had hoped to have "Just Desserts" to demo but it came while we were gone. Thank you for the giveaways to our members! Everyone had a blast and…

Gallifrey One 26 seasons

Chrononauts started off warping the time line and later we had takers for Choose One ( actually several more in open gaming, too) Saturday brought on Loonacy and giving Fluxx players their choice meant pirate and Oz were both played twice, and the original once! Everyone still remembers their visit from you last year and are waiting with baited breath to see what comes out next!
