When I am the master in a Zendo game, I usually start with a standard (for me) pair of Koans. I just really like these Koans, and have many rules that follow the marking stones included. …Continue

ABOUT MY HISTORY WITH LOONEY LABS...
I have been a fan of Looney Labs games for several years, and have turned on several more people to them. I am especially partial to Icehouse games and Fluxx games, though I also enjoy Chrononauts, Aquarius and Nanofictionary.

I started out with Looney Labs games with a red stash, a green stash and a copy of Ice 7, as an impulse buy. This quickly led to the purchase of blue, yellow, orange, purple and black stashes, and Playing with Pyramids. Then I was hooked and bought almost every game LL sells. Now, one stash of every available color, the chessboard wedges and at least a couple of Fluxx decks are always in my game backpack.
HOW DID YOU LEARN ABOUT LOONEY LABS?
I've been a gamer for literally as long as I can remember. I grew up playing dominoes and a wide variety of board, card, dice and other games, evolving to Dungeons & Dragons and other Role Playing Games as well as video games when such became available. When I was once asked if I am a professional gamer, I replied, "I've never been paid for it in my life, though it is my primary identity."

My other identities, in no particular order, are: father, husband, mathematician, reader, dot-com-cubicle-worker, pragmatist and dreamer.
