ABOUT MY HISTORY WITH LOONEY LABS...
I've been playing Looney Labs games since the early 2000s. I helped out at the Big Experiment from 2007 to 2011 (when the Big Experiments stopped) and I also helped demo games when the Looneys were in town as GOHs at a local SF con. I ran my first Giant Pyramid event in 2012.
ABOUT ME...
I'm a gamer. I'm lucky enough to be a member of one of the largest game groups in the world (CABS). I've played hundreds of different games and dozens of different Looney Labs games.
LOONEY LABS GAMES I PLAY/PROMOTE:
Fluxx, Looney Pyramids, Time Travel Games, Aquarius, Are You a Werewolf?, Are You The Traitor?

"1. I don't know about the first part of your question.  I usually draw all my draws at once, so I would say that you get all your draws and then the Computer malfunctions.  It's the Creeper itself that has you draw to replace, so…"

Jim Alexander replied to Jeff Wolfe's discussion 'Another rules question about Surpise'
"I would think that the answer to both questions would be yes, as the Surprise cards enabling both Player B's initial action (then Player A's reaction to it( are allowed to be used "out of turn" in either case. The rules seem to…"

Another rules question about Surpise

We had a situation come up this weekend that I don't think I've seen before.Player A plays "Draw 2 and Use 'em".  He draws a Keeper and a Surprise.  He plays the Keeper first.  Player B plays "That's Mine!" out of turn to steal the Keeper.Question 1: Could Player A take that Surprise that's waiting to be played for "Draw 2 and Use 'em" and play it instead to cancel the Surprise that Player B played?  It kind of seems like he shouldn't be able to do that, because the Surprise is not in his hand…See More

Jeff Wolfe replied to Yeraze's discussion 'Questions about Star Fluxx rules'
"You really have to look at the individual Creeper.  In Star Fluxx, all the Creepers prevent you from winning, but that's not true of all Creepers in all Fluxxes.  All the Creepers in Star Fluxx (can) attach to Keepers; again,…"

Tiny Experiment at Marcon 47

I didn't do demos, per se, but I thought you might be interested in my experience this year at Marcon.  Marcon is a science fiction convention which featured Looney Labs as the Gaming Guests of Honor in 2007.

When I go to events like this, I'm always torn between the desire to take games with me and the desire to not have to look after them once I get there.  This time, I solved that dilemma by clipping IceDice to my belt.  My IceDice bag has an extra stash and enough extra bits to…
