ABOUT MY HISTORY WITH LOONEY LABS...
I first heard about Fluxx through Wil Wheaton's TableTop show. I bought a copy of Star Fluxx and tried it out and then went out and bought a copy of every other Fluxx I could find. I played Loonacy at tabletop day and fell in love with another Looney Labs game. Afterwards I purchased a copy of Ice dice and Treehouse. Most recently I had my Local Gamestore get a hold of a copy of Chrononauts for me. I have taught everyone I know how to play Fluxx and Loonacy and various Looney Pyramid games, which have all become staples of game night. I have decided that anything Looney Labs releases is at least worth a try and most likely going to be a new favorite. I am currently trying to find new Looney Pyramids variations to learn and enjoy.
ABOUT ME...
I have been a gamer for years. I started out playing tabletop games as a teenager in the late 90's, got into PC games when I joined the army because it was easier to move one PC than a dozen table top games. In the last year or so I got out of the Army and got back to my gamer roots and fell in love with the genre all over again.
LOONEY LABS GAMES I PLAY/PROMOTE:
Fluxx, Looney Pyramids, Time Travel Games, Aquarius, Are You a Werewolf?, Are You The Traitor?

"Definitely. I had a few of these to lug around different things during my Army time. They did quite well keeping the sensitive equipment dry even under the worst of conditions."

"First three pictures. Used a 3 pip pyramid for size reference. As you can see its a decent sized bag, also inside the bag are three rainbow stashes, you can see there is plenty or room to the right for a few more rainbow stashes to layer the bottom."

Coming late to the 'game' so to speak.

So I got out of tabletop gaming back in 2004 and at the time, the friends I had were mostly into d&d not much else. I just got back into table top gaming in late 2013, so I missed a lot of good stuff that is no longer produced. If anyone happens to have extra copies of proton and or Q-turn, those are just a couple of the compact games I would like to have on hand. I realize that q-turn is available as a printed PDF but I am somewhat OCD about certain things and I don't think I would last…See More

Joshua Lewis Miles's Event Reports

Fluxx night (private demo)

I spent the week this week "babysitting" my niece(17) and nephew(13) with my wife while their parents were out of town. I took a collection of games over with me including Zombie, Pirate, and Cthulhu Fluxx with the intention of teaching the kids how to play some games and getting them interested in the hobby by showing them there was more to board games and card games than "Go Fish" and Monopoly out there. The four of us sat down for the night and I broke out Fluxx to get everyone started…
