I have a couple of questions about the Fluxx: The Board Game Launch Kit.1) Is there a coin like there has been for the past few Fluxx releases?2) Any way to order this through the store to help save…Continue

Got my copy of Oz Fluxx today, and went through the cards. I noticed the same typo on the Play 4 that everyone seems to have noticed, but I also noticed something else.On the Artificial Heart card,…Continue

While losing playing in the Aquarius tournament at Origins, I made the comment that it'd be interesting to see Aquarius done with square cards, making 4 possible orientations for each non-action card…Continue

I've enjoyed Looney Labs for years, and enjoy playing with them every year at Origins Game Fair. I'm also the Aquarius Champion for 2010.
I'm a gamer and a geek. I also volunteer for Steve Jackson games, but I promise not to report anything to any company that can't be found out through other methods.

With the right group, it's an amazing deduction game that I can play for hours. With the wrong group, I'll want to stab the person who suggested it, even if that person is me. I'm also up for learning any new games.

Looney Labs Game Night at Recess Games in Mentor, OH

I took all of my Looney Labs games and Looney Pyramids and set up for a 2 hour demo session. I had a couple families come in, so I started them off with Family Fluxx, while I got another group started on the original version. Over the course of the night I taught or showed off all kinds of Fluxx, Aquarius, Seven Dragons, and had questions about the whole line of games. It was a great time and I can't wait for the next night to show off Looney Pyramids and Chrononauts!

Holiday Game Bash in Richfield, OH

Went to the local Holiday Game Bash for the MeetUp group, and took along my Looney Labs demoing kit. The first takers I had were asking about Back to the Future, so I explained and they got underway. A little bit of disagreement over how long you have to wait to allow someone else to cancel your play, but overall they had fun with the game.

After that I set up 9 sets of Looney Pyramids and some stones for Zendo. I had 2 takers at first, and then a third joined in. I used the…

WindyCon with Star Fluxx, Chrononauts, Back to the Future, and Seven Dragons!

I got pulled in to help run the game room at WindyCon, a sci-fi convention that happens in Chicago. When I figured out I was going, I called up the order phone number and got Alison, who helped me get Star Fluxx and Seven Dragons Demo Kits for the convention. I took my two bins of Looney Labs games and promos, along with other games, and set up to teach games.

The first night I was there people were already asking about Star Fluxx, so I pulled it out and taught a quick game…
