I had a library event last night at the Warner Library in Tarrytown NY. Most of the interest was in the video games at the program, but I did get some people to try out Ice Dice. When that went over well I showed how Pharaoh worked, but everyone wanted to try Ice Dice again. After a few rounds of that we finished up with a game of Seven Dragons which also seemed to go over well. The librarian in charge is interested in having me come back, just need to work out a time now.

This was a game day event at one of the local libraries in my area. The librarian had done a lot of advertising in the library and nearby schools and we got a few people. We played Seven Dragons which went over fairly well as well as a hand of Eco Fluxx. I had just started explaining how Chrononauts works but many of the players had to leave. Overall the event went well, but timing was a bit of an issue as many of the teens were only at the library waiting for their parents to get off of…

The game event at the toy store went well. It could have had more participants, but the kids that showed up seemed to have a lot of fun. Seven Dragons was a huge hit, so was Aquarius when I suggested trying it out, but I think they liked the artwork on Seven Dragons more.
