I received my Oz FLuxx and decided since we have a Oz conference room in the company I work for I thought why not schedule a lunch time demo in it, plus the room opens into the cafeteria so we'd be visible to anyone walking by. 5 of my team members were interested, so I demoed the game with them, and they loved it! I handed out the promo cards for them to add to the decks they are planning on buying. Several people dropped in while we were playing and they have asked me to have more demos…Continue
I just got my first IceDice set this past Friday, although I've been demoing IceDice to my students this past week. My wife made the comment that I "never play" all these games that I get and that I had better play the ones I just got. Lucky for me, we took our sons to their roller blading lesson today.

I didn't do demos, per se, but I thought you might be interested in my experience this year at Marcon. Marcon is a science fiction convention which featured Looney Labs as the Gaming Guests of Honor in 2007.
When I go to events like this, I'm always torn between the desire to take games with me and the desire to not have to look after them once I get there. This time, I solved that dilemma by clipping IceDice to my belt. My IceDice bag has an extra stash and enough extra bits to…
Today was the first chance I've really had to play IceDice and I took advantage of my students to do so.:) I just got a set of promo IceDice yesterday and got them coated right away as I already had some clear nail polish from a previous craft.
Thursdays is our Grammar and Math day and the children tend to get done early, some of them will get done in the first (of three) period. Today, I waited until all of the children had finished their work and called them to the front of the…Continue
Had a great time playing games with people at UBCon.
Took out my entire game library and ran the open gaming area.
Oz Fluxx seems to have been a big hit, it was probably the most played Looney Lab game.
Followed it up by teaching a non-gamer who loved MP's holy grail Monty Python Fluxx.
Some late night ZENDO made peoples brains hurt, and the library stayed open being a singular site at the convention where gaming…Continue

Looney Labs had a very good showing at PAX East 2012 in Boston this year. Foam Brain Games hosted Andy and Kristin who, along with a demo team, featured several Looney Labs games, including the new Oz Fluxx. People also had the opportunity play with and use the new IceDice sets, and Foam Brain sold out of IceDice sets (and nearly all of the…Continue
have been playing a variety of Fluxx versions with friends to whom I tailor the experience... Oz fans, General (Fluxx) Geeks, (Star Fluxx and Martian Fluxx), and My favorite, Monty Python Fluxx! No big halls or cons, but spreading the word here in Maine!
I was in Dayton, Ohio this weekend, visiting my girlfriend, and happened to have some time to stop by GemCon, located at Wright State University. It was a small con, but the fellow who owns the comic book shoppe my girlfriend frequents was running a game room. He's a Looney Labs distributor, and I figured this was as good a time as any to get my demo on. He did not yet have any copies of Oz Fluxx to sell, but he had almost every other type of Fluxx, so I got out my other versions, along with…Continue
