Andy and Kristin hosted the second ever Looney Lounge, a playtest/demo event for Looney Labs games, in College Park, MD. Everyone at Looney Labs was thrilled to play games with fans again, and we plan to bring this show on the road in the future. We were very excited to see fans at the event before it even started! We had such a great crowd and it was awesome seeing some familiar faces!

For now, the Looney Lounge is will be held quarterly at Davis Hall, in College Park, MD. The plan for the next Lounge is tentative.

Andy brought his stash of prototypes, which included Fluxx: The Board Game, Monster Fluxx and Choose One. Prototypes also included Math, Flying Circus and other Fluxx games, as well as Looney Pyramid games. Of course, we did bring the entire line of games already in production. All attendees were given a thank-you gift for participating - a vintage Peace Puzzle that was previously given out as a holiday gift in 2004. The Lounge began at 1 and ran until 6. We had ten tables set up with about 56 fans playing throughout the day.

Here's Andy, all ready for the event!

And here are a few awesome shots of fans playing our games! Thank you all for coming out!

I had a good time playing Flying Circus Fluxx, Chrononuats, and Petri Dish.  Now my wife wants to play Petri Dish at home.  Any chance of beta rules for Petri Dish, even if it's just for us Captains?
