This years Con was a great success! We hosted almost 1100 people this year and have once again outgrown our venue!

This was my first year running events for Looney Labs and I have to say they were a great hit. Fellow Game Tech Mike Cowper ran a basic Pyramid event as well as some Zendo games. I ran Cadet training, which was extremely busy, as well as Fluxx games (also a hit). The Looney Lounge I had was ok, but I will detail that in another post. Lastly, I had scheduled to run Are You A Werewolf? and it was scheduled to the max the day prereg went live. I was a little nervous as I had never run one and expectations of some of the group was high. In swooped fellow Game Tech Bart Janssens who not only offered to be moderator, but volunteered his brand new Deluxe version of the game (with the viewers) for the game. Major Hit!

Being my first "live" (not family) event, I have a few growing pains to get past, but overall, I think it was a great experience. Thanks again to Mike and Bart and all the players who helped make this such a fun weekend.

I will follow this up with individual event reports as time permits, I just wanted to get something down about the Con.

Great Job Chris and Mike and Bart for what looks like  a great experience for the gamers!  Cant wait to hear more about the Cadet training and response for Pyramids and of course Fluxx and Werewolf!
